In Barrhaven, the city does not pay for trash to be picked up before the grass is cut, so it gets minced up and either becomes a choking hazard for children and pets or seeps into and pollutes the ground. 

 

To address this, Meritless volunteers have been working hard to pick up trash on Greenbank, Strandherd and in our local parks, so that our children and pets have a cleaner environment that they can enjoy every day.
